Amendment No. 1 was offered  by Representatives Kerttula and Croft:             
                                                                               
Page 1, following line 7:                                                      
	Insert a new bill section to read:                                            
	"*Sec. 3.  The legislative council shall prepare and install an             
appropriate plaque on  the  Terry  Miller  Legislative  Office  Building

honoring the history of the building as a community school for many            
decades.  The historic information shall be provided by the Juneau             
Douglas City Museum."                                                          
                                                                               
Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that                 
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no objection, it was so               
ordered.                                                                       
                                                                               
Representative Grussendorf rose to a point of order, stating that debate       
on the bill was out of order in second reading.                                
                                                                               
The Speaker stated the point was well taken.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB
46(RLS) am H be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and            
placed on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
Representative Brice objected and withdrew the objection.  There being         
no further objection, it was so ordered.                                       
                                                                               
CSSB 46(RLS) am H was read the third time.
